TERMENE DE LIVRARE
Toate comenzile primite pana la ora 15:00 intr-o zi lucratoare vor fi predate curierului in aceeasi zi. Orice Comanda dupa aceasta ora va fi predata curierului in urmatoarea zi lucratoare.
Conform ofertei curierului acesta se angajeaza sa livreze intre 24 si 48 de ore orice comanda exceptand zilele libere legale si duminicile.

POLITICA DE PRET
Ca o promotie actuala PROVAPE.RO ofera LIVRARE GRATUITA pentru orice comanda ce depaseste 500 de lei, astfel oferind aceleasi facilitati ca si producatorii aparatelor comercializate. Pentru toate celelalte comenzi se percepe taxa de 25 lei / livrare.

La cerere se poate trimite AWBul de transport prin e-mail.

Daca doriti asigurarea transportului va rugam sa precizati acest lucru si vom adauga aceasta cerere in numele dumneavoastra pentru firma de curierat.

Taxele de import si transport international sunt acoperite de catre compania noastra, produsele fiind facturate direct din Romania.

TRACKING
Upon the shipment of orders, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during the time of order.

VERIFICATION
International or domestic orders may be subject to verification and will require consumer response or the order will be cancelled and refunded after 10 business days. Verification process will vary depending on country and bill/ship to addresses.
